Catering questions.

What is the minimum order?

Twenty five guests at every location. Smaller crew? Grab a family pack to go. Fajitas, enchiladas, rice, beans, tortillas, salsa, the works.

Do you deliver?

Free inside city limits at every location. Farther out, send us the address and we will quote the run right along with the food.

How far ahead should I book?

Seventy two hours is the sweet spot. Holiday weekends and graduation Saturdays fill up first. In a bind? Call the kitchen and we will figure it out.

Can you set up and serve?

Say the word. Add serve staff, iced tea service, and a margarita machine to any buffet and we will run the line start to finish.

Which locations cater?

All four. Brenham on Hwy 290, Navasota on Hwy 6, Sealy off I 10, and Cabos San Lucas in Hallettsville. Steak house plates come out of the Brenham kitchen.

Can you build a custom menu?

Of course. Buffets move a crowd fastest, but fajitas by the pound and trays of enchiladas, quesadillas, crispy tacos, and fried burritos let you build it your own way.
